This was Richard Marx concert #3 for me!

I could kick myself for not taking my camera that night! Not that my camera is so great. Anyways, these are shots from Westbury taken by my friend Laura of New York.

I left the state of Georgia the morning of the concert and flew to LaGuardia.  My group all reached NYC by 11 am. We spent most of the time between getting into town and the ever so short Eat And Greet just looking around the Westbury area and resting in our room.  It was really great meeting Repeat Offenders I'm not met yet that night.  After the E&G, we went straight to the venue until it was show time.

I had a sixth row seat but I have no reason to complain. I could see the whole stage. At first, we had a comedian. I can't remember his name other than it was TJ. He was really funny but I can't remember all his jokes. Funny I can't remember the good ones but I can remember he picked on the name Brandon! A few of us booed him for that one. After he finished, they had a 15 minute intermission.

Now Richard's time of the night! Richard wore a white long sleeved shirt with a white T-shirt underneath tucked into black jeans. Some time during the night, he pulled his shirt out and left it untucked the rest of the night. The crowd was really getting into the concert. Everyone sang along with "Now And Forever" and I remember he remarked about how great we sang it. :-) He gave it his all to every song. I loved "Keep Coming Back," "Take This Heart," & "Children Of The Night" live. This was the first time I saw them live. The other song I got the hear for the first was "One More Time" and it is beautiful! My eyes were tearing at this song. I enjoyed the whole show! It was great to see him live again and to see how well he responded to the audience. He kept making fun of "Livin' La Vida Loca" by signing "Has a face like Abe Vigoda!" (If you do not know who Abe Vigoda is, I really don't know what to say!).
