In Savannah One Last Time

I am back in Savannah. The next time I head up to North Georgia, it will be for good. *EEK!* I can't believe it's finally happening to me. Yeah, I'm excited and scared.

I chose the apartment I wanted. I waited a day to go return the application to the place. Joey felt I should see a few more complexes before making a decision and took me to a few he once lived in on Tuesday. They were nice, but not what I needed. I know what I need the best, so I grabbed it. I called Nancy before I got it. She and her daughter, Kim, agreed with me. Kim once lived in Atlanta, so when she heard what I got and for the price and location, she told me it was great. She also said I deserve everything I'm getting now. I deserve to happy, but I haven't gotten all that I wanted yet. *Sigh* Right now, I don't think I can ever have the one thing I want at the moment.

When I got back from the apartment complex to Fayetteville, The Twins and The Kiddo were glad I was back. They were told to go play outside and asked that I join them. So, I played Hide-And-Go-Seek with them. A rain storm moved in, so we all came inside. The boys asked to play Uno. So, I pulled out Uno and the boys, Joey, and I played. The girl watched, and then went to take a nap with her Grandma. Joey taught The Kiddo that the object of night was not to win but to destroy me. Thanks Joey. The Kiddo got into that quickly. In fact, his father didn't need to teach him that. They ganged up on me. After 2 full Uno games, we played dominoes and Phase 10. The Kiddo wanted to learn how to play it, but he lost interest quickly. He wanted to play Skip-Bo. By this time, Joey got into a certain mood and didn't want to play any more. The Kiddo and I didn't get far in our game, either. It was soon time for dinner and we stopped playing.

I left Fayetteville in time to get back to Savannah by 2. I had one last counseling appointment here to attend and I needed. I got things off my chest I needed to get off Right now, I'm in a mood of sorrow, anger, and excitement. The appointment doesn't solve all my issues, but it allows me to work out my issues with things going on in my life I can't control.

As for this picture, well, I took it the other night at the Atlanta airport I went with Joey to pick up his uncle and aunt from a trip they made. I took my camera with me to get some road sign photos. I saw this and thought it was cute. *Smile*
