I read that today, and while, yes, it may be oversimplifying things, it struck me as so profound.
Someone close to me is suffering from depression, and I plan to share this verse with them, too.
I'll also tell them how I've been there, and sometimes you can't help "losing heart." When I've been there, the thing that really helped me was knowing - believing - that those bad feelings *won't* last forever.
