Um, Yeah, Um, So.

During colloquium today, Lindsey asks me if I want to go to Six Flags Over Georgia this weekend. Seems she has 2 tickets that expire on Sunday. Chris won't go on the rides with her. So, I said I would go with her. I have to get her my share of the hotel room money tomorrow. We're going Saturday for a girls only trip to Atlanta. *Laughing* We're going to have fun. Joey overheard us talking about the trip. I could clearly see he wished he could have gone. Many moons ago, he worked there. And tonight, during dinner, he pulled out the Six Flags yearbooks so I could see some of the rides. I told him I hadn't been there since I was 9. *EEK!* Yes, there are yearbooks for the seasons at Six Flags. He showed me the yearbooks he had from when he was 17 and 18. In turn, I showed him a picture of me from the same era.

Colloquium today was presented by our Wesley Foundation faculty advisor, Dr. Kilhefner. From what I grasped of the talk, he was explaining how to find a formula similar to the quadratic formulas for cubic functions. I couldn't understand the entire talk, but I wasn't totally lost, either. Joey grasped it better than I did. The lunch today was some dirty rice mix with sausage and chicken in it. I was hoping it was chili. I had a craving for chili. Seems I wasn't the only one wanting chili. It sounded good to Joey, as well. He made that for dinner tonight and asked me over since I had wanted some. I can't turn down a free dinner that someone cooks for me.

School wise, I only had Senior Project today. Dr. Lau handed back to me my final report draft. I made a 100 on it. *Smile* He saw a few errors and suggested I extend 2 items. That work isn't hard. I also spent several hours at school that I didn't have to spend working on my Senior Project. I am 2 pages away from completing it. I want to get as much done as soon as possible. My fall break will be sacrificed as a result. I rather have the break, but I need to do what needs to be done.
