"At The Time, You Couldn't Tell Me / If One Day I'd Be Glad / That Something That I Thought Was Love / Was Misinterpreted"

If you haven't been able to tell, I have gotten into Chicago. I heard "Along Comes A Woman" on some Internet radio station this summer and just had to start listening. My Chicago collection is 2 albums, Chicago Transit Authority and Chicago II, as well as compilation albums The Very Best Of Chicago - Only The Beginning and Chicago Greatest Hits 1982-1989. Tomorrow, I'm getting Chicago 17. I also have 2 Peter Cetera solo albums, Solitude/Solitaire and World Falling Down. Yeah, you can say I'm hooked.

However, the one Chicago song that's running in my mind at the moment is not from Peter Cetera era Chicago. It's actually from the Jason Scheff era. It's "If She Would Have Been Faithful…." Now, I don't know who I'm going to marry. I don't even have a boyfriend at the moment. However, as time has passed in my life, I'm getting a better clue of what real love is, as compared to infatuation. Looking back, this song does a good job of expressing the feelings of analyzing and past and the present.

Today, my Meteorology class didn't meet. *Detective Work* Our professor just didn't show up. He didn't e-mail us about class being canceled, either. Robert and I had our laptops up and running. So, during the 10 minutes the class was waiting on the professor, some members of the class kept yelling up and over to Robert and me to check our e-mails in case he did e-mail us. I did, as well as looked up any weather events that were going on nearby that the professor had to watch for his other job. After the allotted 10 minute wait, students just started leaving. Some other students came back to tell us the department head said we could leave.

E-Commerce was not too boring. We started group presentations in it. There was this one guy in class that got the highest score. The professor had him tell us his studying technique. *Rolling My Eyes* I did the same, except read the book, and I was a few points behind him. However, that's not what pissed a few of us off. During the presentation, he brought up a security issue and just wouldn't drop it. He was challenging the presenters! The idea he brought up just wasn't feasible for e-commerce. Sadly, in the chance to share information amongst others on the Internet, something's bound to be vulnerable. The rest of the class kept telling him why his idea wouldn't work and systems that aren't the same, but darn near bring a similar approach to them. He just wasn't listening to us. The chick behind me, the one that once had me having a panic attack a-la-Lisa Simpson style, was huffing and groaning when the guy won't stop. I could only agree with her. *Laughing*

During my time between classes, I went to the mall. I bought batteries for my camera for my trip this weekend, as well as clothes for this weekend. I got some nylon clothes meant fo fishing to wear for rafting. I also got some sandals. My dad told me to get clothing suitable for this trip. He wants me to have the right gear for it. I already have the right gear for a baseball game. *Smile* I also spent time at the mall doing some research for my E-Commerce paper, as well as writing part of it on campus. And when classes were finished for the day, Joey and I worked on my golf game. He could see an improvement in my game. However, I'm still thinking when I swing at the ball. At least I made some divets. *Smile* I couldn't do that last week. I think my work with Derrick yesterday did me some good.
