That quote popped into my head as I saw The Simpsons Movie today. There aren't that many, if any, cameoes in the real Simpsons movie, but I got an "Itchy & Scratchy: The Movie" feel. Now, A. Brooks, a regular guest star, was part of the film. None of the other regular guest stars have vocals.

I saw the movie with my father. We really enjoyed it. :) I think our favorite was anything dealing with Spider Pig:

We laughed a lot at this flick. It's like a regular Simpsons episode, but just longer. The deal with this is they could do things they don't have the liberty to do on network TV. And yes, you see Bart's parts. If you love the Simpsons, you have got to see it. And they stayed true things in the series, like Marger and Homer's song, "(They Long to Be) Close to You."

And my car has A/C! My dad had a few extra bucks this week, so we got the A/C in my car fixed. My car is my dad's secondary car. Since he drives it, he wants to be comfortable in it. I'm not going to complain. It blows COLD. It blows so cold, we used it on the low settings today. It also had an oil and filter change. It cost less to do all the work than I thought. That's good. My car insurance is due. I have to stay insured since my dad uses the car.

Movie and A/C. Not a bad weekend. :)
