In my Lothar Pose
Moblogged by peachy92.

This picture was taken today in the school's writing center. I finally took over my car and spent all day at school. While most people might thing that's nuts, I needed it. I had to get out of the house. This picture is dedicated to my old co-worker, David. We'd call David Lothar. This is the type of hat he'd wear.

I spent quite a bit of time at the Writing Center. I went there first thing when I got to school to use the color printer. The ex-boss, not the one that fired me, was there working on a password issue. She asked me for help. I tried to help her the best I could. Honestly, it was something I had no control of, or else I would have done it.

After my printing, I went upstairs and worked on my Senior Project for about and hour before Joey got me to come down back to Writing Center, where he works. I needed to go, since they had 'Net access and the lounge didn't at the moment. I needed to download some programs to do some graphic manipulation.

Next thing I know, Joey and I were at the MCC building inspecting one of the boss's students' presentation. Some of the students, which are IT majors, know Joey, and he helped them with their topic of the ACM. Joey took me, since we're both ACM officers, to see. I ended up helping the guys in their presentation. They had no clue about ACM associate memberships. Being that I know some background on the boss, I answered her question in a way she'd understand and made it a personal answer. But damn it, Joey got credit for the work I did that the guys used. *Frown*

Joey and I had other ACM issues to handle today, like me getting $38.00 from the cashier's office. I ended fronting the money for my ACM national membership and helped Joey with his, as well. Each membership cost $19.00. So, we went and got Chris to authorize the reimbursement, and I got my money back.

Once I got home from school, my dad and I went to Jalapeno's. My meal today just wasn't that good. I won't order that again. And, in my adventures with my car, I only stalled 3 times today. Of course, someone was with me 2 of the times I stalled, so I looked dumb. Then again, I'm not dumb. At least I can drive the car! One of the Braves announcers admitted in the past week he can't drive a manual transmission vehicle. I can. *Smile*
