I spent today watching some movies and working on some school work. The movies I watched were Legally Blonde and Stagecoach. I love Legally Blonde. It helped inspire me to go back to school. I love how she challenged herself to show that she could do it to those that didn't believe. In the end, it was Elle that learned a valuable lession. She didn't need to prove herself to anyone. She had people believing in her. In my life, I have always had my parents and Nancy, my second mother, believe in me. That's more than Elle had. I don't know why I relate to this movie, but I do. Now to find my Emmitt, and I'll be set.

I watched Stagecoach with my father. Damn was John Wayne good looking at 32! I really like the storyline between his character and Dallas, the call girl. Similar to Emmitt in Legally Blonde, Ringo saw Dallas as a strong, smart, vibrant woman. As we watched the movie, we remarked about what would happen in the film if they remade it today. Quite a scary proposition if you think about!

I also worked on my Ethics project and a paper that's due the 12^th for Theater class. I needed to do the Ethics, but figured it wouldn't hurt to start the Theater paper. I hope to finish it tomorrow.
