This picture is from last night. I went over to Melissa's house again last night with some other Wesley students. After the dinner, we played Taboo. Here I am stuck on a word. However, my first attempt was a good run. I was able to pass on to my team 6 words without getting buzzed.

Prior to dinner, I had an errand to do. It was to pay my car tag. That was a drag. The tag office has 19 window. Only about 5 were open. There must have been 30 people at one point in line. Most of these people had tag renewals, like me. We had to wait in line between characters like the man who lost his tag and the woman trying to get a new tag for a new car, but couldn't because her husband and car dealer sign the wrong paperwork. *Banging My Head Against The Wall* I think it was ridiculous the amount of time I had to wait. Bureaucracies and Wal-Mart are weird like this. What's the point of 19 lines, if you never have most of them open? Personally, if I ran the tag office, I would have open 2 lines. One line for renewals and the other line for other business. Then, based on the number of people in the two lines, assign the window workers to different types of lines. Yes, I'm a quickly-get-in-and-out person. I hate waiting in line when what I have to do is short and simple.

After that encounter at the tag office, I headed over to Armstrong. I met Bobby at first, and we went over our group project. He makes me feel dumb. However, our project will be ready Tuesday when we turn it in. After that, I went to the ACM TDC meeting. We finally have something ready to be uploaded to our server. Aric got the template going. The 2 of us sat down and fixed the minor error the text was giving us in the template. Once we got that done, I came home and threw together an about page and registration form. Now, to get the semester over for me to help some more.

And finally, if you're in the Savannah area or want to make a trip to Savannah, may I suggest the Un-conference ‘07? It's a blogging conference that will be held January 25-27. I'm mainly going because it sounds fun, and it's a way for me to network in the IT field in my area.
