How am I going to get a B in Calc this time? I'm back into my "I don't understand it" rut. I think I know it, but when it comes to doing the work, I don't. At least I made about 5 on today's quiz. I got the second question right, but totally blew the first one. I just hope I get an 80 on the test next week. I just need an 80 in that class. If I don't get it, a C wil do, but I can't get Honors credit for it. I'll have to hunt down another Honors class.
Maybe I just should skip the Honors all together.
Finally, for today, the Thursday Threesome
Onesome: Sasquatch-- Big Foot? Yeti? "Harry and the Hendersons"? Maybe? No way? Sure, we have the entire family over for dinner every Thanksgiving? Whaddaya' think? I try not to think about Bigfoot.
Twosome: and Haunted-- It's All Hallow's Eve next week; are you haunted by little creatures in your neighborhood extorting goodies from you? ...and do you do your part to provide an entertaining experience for them? ...or do you lock the doors, kill the lights and hide from the horde? I don't know. It's still in the air. Probably hide since no one will be home when I home.
Threesome: Homeland-- ghosts and spectres: do you have any local stories of 'haunted' places. ...or are there roads you grandmother told you to never travel alone, especially when the moon is full? Just askin'... Dudes, they say the whole town is haunted!

I'm not sure if this might help you, but if I'm trying to study for something, I do a lot of practice questions that might be similar to the ones that might be on an exam. It helps me get into the mindset of what sort of answers that the prof is looking for.
