Today was an eventful day. I started with a long shower and getting ready for school. On my way to school, I stopped at Lake Mayer and took some duck photos. I thought this one was cute.
Once I got to school, it was time for the ACM meeting. I helped with the set and then did my job as the unofficial photographer. Today's speaker was from Cisco Systems. This same guy was at the Tech Fest back in April. Today's speech was a condensed version of that speech in April. I spent my time taking photos for the site, instead of listening. Aric, the Tech committee head for ACM sent a sheet around asking for people to join the Tech committee. No one joined. 
I don't know if the ACM site will be launched. However, we'll have pictures for it. Maybe this weekend I'll throw something simple together, including pictures. I had to leave the meeting early to get to Calc on time.
In Calc, we had a test. I don't think I did as well as I did on it last year. As long as I get out of the class with a B, it doesn't matter. And speaking of Calc, the past 3 classes have ended with it raining outside. I'm sick of walking across campus in the rain after class. I hope it's sunny on Tuesday after class. While walking across the campus from class, my brain started fluttering with thought of my life at the moment. I'm in a damned if I do, damned if I don't moment in my life. The only solution for this damning is to let time pass. Why do I think when I walk. 
Then, I blew the chance photo of my life. I thought a dragonfly was about to hit me! It wasn't a dragonfly. It was a hummingbird! Believe it or not, I haven't seen one this close before. Before I had the change to pull out my camera and take a shot, it flew away.
The rest of my afternoon was spent resizing photos from today, chatting away with the other IT students about dumb stuff, and working in Client/Server class. I didn't get to finish the assignment in class, so I have to finish it at home this weekend. It's just taking a lot of thinking to get the SQL queries to work.
Oh, and I'm sick of the rain. It rained all day.
