Today, I had Calculus. It's on the other side of the campus from Gamble Hall, home of my IT classes. A monsoon started as class was ending. I had to walk across campus in the monsoon. Walking in the rain isn't a problem, when I have an umbrella. I have one on me. It didn't stop me from being soaked. My way over here had a stop in the bookstore to by a shirt, some shorts, and a pair of socks. As soon as I got into Gamble Hall, I had to change from my soaked jeans, shirt, shoes, and socks into my new outfit. I look like a slob. However, I'm not wet! My boss from the Writing Center saw I was wearing only socks because of how soaked my shoes are. Half the sidewalks are lakes.
You've got to love Savannah!
At least I made a 10 on my Calculus quiz.

Hm. If only there was some rain where I'm at. There's a crazy 4500 acre wildfire raging not far from here. I've had to walk around campus in a haze, breathing in smoke.
