That means I have to go back to class and work. I enjoyed my lazy week. I miss plan ole lazy time. Oh well. I need to go make some money for a new digital camera.

Last night, Gail, her son, my father, Matthew, Nicki, and I went to dinner at Carrabba's. It was different than what we usually have. I don't think any of us have eaten there before. My dinner there was the chicken marsala with cavatappi amatriciana. I cleared my plate. Nicki and Matthew were surprised their picky eater sister had the chicken marsala. honestly, I was sick of chicken parmesan. I usually eat that. I also got some minestrone soup, but it just did not look good at all to me. I gave my bowl to my brother. He enjoyed it. Matthew had the mezzaluna. Nicki had the chicken parmesan. My father had the lasagna. I'll eat there again, but I think I like Olive Garden better. At least the Garden has pasta e fagoli. Carrabba's bread and herb/olive oil dip was good. the herbs had the right amount kick for me.

After dinner, we came back to our house and just talked. Well, Matthew had to be dropped off at his friend's home. Since his friends came to town for the summer, he's been off with them quite a bit. Gail brought cheesecake, but I didn't have any. I was too full from dinner. When they left, C.C. got outside. My dad, Beth, and I had to hunt him down in the neighbor's bushes. He was found when the flashlight bounced into his eyes and reflected into my glasses. I don't think I would have seen him if I had contacts on.

Harry's fine as a kitten his age is. Poor kitty, has the runs. My father has been his main caretaker. I think Harry has stuck as the name. Matthew called him Dirty Harry. My dad liked that. Gives the kitten a bit of an edge.
