Onesome: Variations-- Do you you dress the place (or yourself) up for the July 4th holiday? I've seen plates and napkins and such, but this year one store has red, white and blue string lights for the house! Is that a bit much? No, we don't. I'm not sure what we're doing this year. I think my dad wants to celebrate it. He hasn't been around for a while for the holiday.
Twosome: on a-- wing and a prayer: How do you feel about flying? ...or do you prefer ground transport? I prefer driving. However, I think if I want to go north again, I'll take a flight. 
I can stand 2 hours on a plane.
Threesome: Theme-- The softball for this week: What is your favorite movie theme song or arrangement to listen to? I don't think a have a favorite movie theme.

my surgery went well. still waiting on results from the biopsy. i guess we'll know next week. so waiting is the second hardest part. but at least i'm out of the anesthesia fog. i don't think i told you but my thymus was enlarged (the gland that produces T cells that fight against infection). anyway, there was a mass on it and that's what they were doing the biopsy for. cancers of the thymus are considered part of the group of lung cancers which means that a cardothoracic surgeon performed the mediastinoscopy.
but i'm okay. just going back to sleep.
