I'm not into Jennifer Lopez's music, save for "Ain't It Funny." The last time I was in Orlando was for some spring training baseball. The radio station we had on down there played the album version of the song over and over again. That was a nice spring trip.
Oh, yeah, I heard it in the car on the way home today.
I went into school today for work.
Spent two hours there. We had a meeting, and then we went into the lab and fixed it up. We got some supplies, rearranged the furniture and equipment, and worked a bit on the computer. After we got out of the lab, I went to payroll to ask questions for the guys about the time sheets. Since I once worked in the Writing Center, I have some time sheets experience. The funniest part of the day was when the professor said if he does grant proposals, he might have to use my name and another student's name on the papers. Why? We're minorities. Funny, I don't feel like one. I'm sure the other guy doesn't, either. We're just computer people. The department head was in today and heard our work in the lab. She wants to get pictures next time we meet to have proof of the progression of the project.
Last night, I did something that was painful for me. I edited my mother's site. I simply changed the links page and put on the front page that she's passed on. I did that because I'm thinking of not renewing my Blogrolling subscription next month. I kept it for my mother. Since she's gone, I'll just need to keep one blogroll, instead of many. Also, I added links for subscribing to my feeds via Feedburner and Bloglines. I figured since the feeds now include comments, might as well make it easier for those that use feed services.
Okay, the trance of the Scooter is calling me.
