Last night, Nicki was not home. Her boyfriend got sick and had to go to the ER last night. Don't worry, he's fine. However, because he lives out in Richmond Hill, and we live about a mile or to from 2 of the major hospitals in town, he stopped by our home and got her. She stayed with him and went home with him last night. This afternoon, I had to drive out to Richmond Hill to pick her up. I had only ever seen his house one day about a year ago, in the dark. Believe it or not, I was able to find his house with no problem. All I remembered is that he lived past Ford Plantation. Ah, it was a little sad driving by the Plantation. It reminded me of some dreams someone once upon a time told me about.

Since Abercorn was backed up into Savannah, I took US-17 home. Boy has that area grown north of GA 204! They have a new development, Berwick Plantation . They also have a new shopping center by the development. Last time I was out in that direction, the development was nothing more than a few cleared pieces of land. The shopping center was only a picture on a sign.

If I stay in this area, I don't know where I want to move to. There are many new developments that look nice. I know I just want a place to new for me. I was thinking of colored rooms and crown molding on my way home. I think I'm growing up.
