Today's title comes from Evan and Jaron's "All That I Wanted." I saw the counselor today. It's just for reassurance that it's normal and sane to feel the feelings I'm experiencing at this point in my life. We mainly spoke about trying to achieve the potential I have. We also spoke about trust issues. Over time, the issues I have should be resolved. Oh, and it's okay to experience conflicting feelings at the same time. When I came out from the office, I started singing "Remember Manhattan" by Richard Marx.
After the counselor, I attended the event on starting a business presented by The Creative Coast, Hunter Maclean, and ACM. It was a packed house today! It was an interesting event. I doubt there was much I learned from it, other than we're getting networked with a law firm. 
When I wasn't in class or a meeting today, I worked on my Oceanography paper that's due tomorrow. I'll finish it up before I turn it in tomorrow. I just have to finish the citations. Also, I'll have a small job this summer. It's 8 hours a week as a research assistant for my OS professor's project. I think I'll be the only chick on the project. I know at least two of the other guys on the project from my classes. Thankfully, these guys work hard. In fact, one is a member of my S&D group. I told him today that he was a hard worker. We'll be in class together this fall.
This picture to your right is one I took yesterday. I didn't take it. The head of the department wanted a picture of all the Phi Kappa Phi members from the IT department. I don't know the two guys. I've never been in class with them. Of the 2 pictures we took, I liked this picture better. She forward this picture onto me. The yellow pin on my chest is the pin I received Sunday. My friend Renee told me this afternoon if I didn't keep up the overachieving I did, she was going to kick my butt.
Well, my Atlanta Braves are losing at the moment. I think I'll go shower. That should start a rally.
