I was bored today, so I browsed some furniture online. I thought I'd share a bedroom set I thought was nice:
This style is called The Chelsea Street Collection. When I get my own place, my bedroom is going to be nice and airy, like this picture.
Yesterday, my mother and I went out to Pooler to look at the townhomes out at Savannah Quarters. The housing division is called Town Homes of Village Green at Savannah Quarters. The least expensive one is about $230,000.00 dollars. 
A little too much out of my price range. However, they were nice. My mother liked the 3 bedroom plan. However, it did me some good to go out there. I found out that they are planning a new set of townhomes that will be $100,000.00 cheaper. I might be able to afford that when I get out of college. I'm listening to my parents in establishing equity as soon as possible. A townhome will allow me to have apartment living with equity building.
Pooler is really expanding. If there are any IT jobs in Savannah to be had when I get out of school, Pooler is probably where they will be.

A townhouse is perfect for someone like you- young, no kids, starting out. And if and when you're ready to expand, it should sell pretty quickly. Good for you looking at places already. Never hurts to have an idea in mind when you're ready to leave home.
