On the 1st,the girl that's been staying at our house, Tricia, held a baby shower. Nicki's ex-boyfriend, Hai, was the photographer for the event. (Hai is a family friend since we're in school together and he gets along well with my brother and other stuff. Just because things didn't work out with Nicki, doesn't mean we have to kick him to the curb.)
This picture is a random shot Hai took at the shower. I like it. I have no makeup on in it. I haven't even brushed my hair after a shower. I just threw on some clean clothes for the party. My smile is as natural as it can be. I'm comfortable in who I am.
Sitting next to me is my sister, Nicki. We're as different as different can be. I know we are related. Our sister Beth looks like the both of us. However, growing up, since Nicki and I are only 16 months apart, we got two type of comments. Either people thought we were twins, or people couldn't believe we are sisters.
