In the past 24 hours, I watched the special edition versions of the original Star Wars trilogy. Star Wars itself could stand on it's own. One doesn't need The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi to enjoy Star Wars. I thought Return of the Jedi had the worst special effects of the three. The blue screening was so obvious! 
Don't worry, this will be my last Star Wars related post for a while. However, since I AM talking about it, I must confess a thought. I always wanted a tree house complex like the one the Ewoks had. Wouldn't that be cool?

! That was cool. I can be that way. Wait! I was that way. I've always felt more comfortable around guys and doing guy stuff. How else can you explain my massive Hot Wheel collection at age 4.
I'll probably watch The Phantom Menace later. I found out my father has that on VHS, too.

Posted by: sya at May 16, 2005 2:35 PMI remember reading somewhere that Endor was meant to be the planet of the Wookies but that idea fell through and it was developed as the planet of the Ewoks... or was it the other way around? I don't remember. anyway, I think that almost makes them related ;)
