One Week To Go In This Semester!
April 23, 2005

This weekend will be spend on my research paper for English class. Which, on Thursday, was spent discussing about MLA documentation and "Spunk" by Zora Neale Hurston. I dominated the MLA discussion. One student asked a question about cross-reference and essays in a collection and the professor said cross-referencing wasn't on a certain MLA sheet she gave us from the Writing Center. Being that I work in the Center, I was able to pipe up quick that yes, the sheet does have cross-referencing and where it was exactly on the sheet. She was also asking other question about MLA documentation to see if the class new the answers. At one point, she asked someone else to answer since she knew I knew MLA documentation. Well, working in the Center, I do need to know it. Later that afternoon, I was working in the Center and a student from the professor's other 2100 class came in needing help about the research paper. I helped her on it. I hope it was enough to get her started.

Thankfully, the last paper for English isn't due until 1 PM on the 10th. *Laughing* I could use a break.

Yesterday was spent working at the Center, attending a paper reading required by my boss, and spending about 4 hours on my VB.net text editor. *Banging My Head Against The Wall* Thursday, the 28th will be last day of that class. My text editor is due the 26th. I have a problem with my find again feature and my replace feature isn't even coded. My professor saw I was working a long time on the project and at one point, encourged me to stop working on it. After 3 hours, I finally did. I'll work on it again on Monday.

I'll be glad when the semester is over and I have a few weeks of no school before I'm back to school, financial aid permitting. After the end of the semester, Ari and I are going to get together to take some more pictures. I hope I'll do some other fun activites with other people, like I don't know, go to the movies, go for rides to places I haven't seen, or even go out and eat. *Oh Yeah!*

I finally got my new medicines of Lisinopril and Fluoxetine. *Smile* I'll be saving about $100.00 a month on medications by switching to these medicines, since you can get them in generic form. *Thumb Up*

Ok, I need to do things before buckling down on that research paper.
