I was busy yesterday. Speaking of yesterday, Nicki's fine, as far as we know. She spent all of yesterday evening at the hospital getting checked out. She's not working today because we're sure she's going to feel more pain today. I made the couch into a bed for her to sleep on, complete with pillows for support. My parents are taking care of her physically and emotionally. Nicki seems cool about it all but she's got a lot of paperwork in her future in regards to this wreck.

Yesterday, I stopped at Best Buy and bought myself a compact flash drive for my school work. Some of the guys I know from school have one and they are very handy. I figured with all the VB.net work I'm doing this semester, I might as well get one. Besides, they are much nicer than a floppy drive. Speaking of school, I have plenty of IT related homework to do. I'll probably wait until Sunday to do it all.

Ok, now the Thursday Threesome:

Onesome: Mountains-- What is the elevation where you live? Do you like it there or would you prefer something a little different? I live at sea level. It's nice and flat. However, I do miss the rolling hills of my youth.

Twosome: Valleys-- When you travel, do you have any particular valley or area you like to pass through on the way from here to there? ...and is there any route you'll take just for the scenery even if it's just a tad longer or more out of the way? I usually go the most direct route, even if it means sitting in traffic. Mileage adds up on a car. Most of my trips usually require a drive through Macon or South Carolina.

Threesome: and Streams-- Do you have a stream you like to walk along and just think and enjoy the view? How about a metaphorical one if you don't have a real one close by? Real stream, not really. My metaphorical stream is the park near my house. Sometimes, I get in the mood to walk around it and when I walk, I think.
