My uncle sent this link to my mother. It's an online tribute to my grandfather: Earl Walter Latta Jr.. For those that don't know it, he is a veteran.
I just want to give a public thank you 
to everyone that left condolence notes. I made sure to e-mail eveyone back, personally. As for those that have my personal cell phone number, if you want to call me, I won't mind at all. I will answer it if I can. My sister was able to get my phone back into service.

I'm so, so sorry to hear of your loss - it's hard to know what to say in these kind of circumstances because everything sounds like a cliché - but there's a reason for that. I hope you and your family are starting to find things just a little easier now, and I did read your note about being scared you wouldn't have as full as life as he did.
