'Cause now I'm a little depressed. It's Saturday night and I'm watching a date movie with my mother. Not that I don't love my mother but at times, I'd like to just once see a date movie with a date. Is that wrong to want? We're about to watch Jersey Girl. While waiting for my mother, I watched the promos for two interesting movies, Shall We Dance? and Dear Frankie. Both looked good but again, they're date movies. I don't want to go to a date movie without a date.

I know, I know! I know I have every right to go to a movie I want to go to and forget all this date stuff. I know I don't need a date to make my life successful. All the success I'll have should be because of me alone, not if I have someone by my side. Still, it's hard to remember that.

I guess I should go watch that movie now.
