At the moment, my parents are in El Paso, TX for my mother's Chatty Cathy convention. They have my father's cell phone and Nicki's cell phone. I have been trying since last night to reach them just to talk to my father. I'm sure he wouldn't mind talking to someone at home since dolls of Cathy's nature aren't something he prefers to collect. (He's a G.I. Joe man, himself.) One phone is turned off and the other one rings and then goes to voice mail. ![]()
Yesterday, while out to pick Beth up from school, Nicki won the new Alanis Morissette CD from the radio. She's not into Alanis so I'll be getting the CD.
I like her new song. ![]()
Not that you can spot it, but I tweaked my butterfly skin. I didn't like the original set up of the butterfly as part of the background. Now that I know a bit more about CSS, I decided to move the butterfly from the background. I also played around with the colors a bit. I made a few darker than before. I also changed it to my default skin. I can't believe this layout is over three years old and I still like it. This skin and the sunflower layout have stood the test of time.
I'm going to have to tweak layout #13, the purple and green one, next. I tested it out on iCapture and it's a bit off on Safari. I should also get to work to replacing the bubble skin (layout #9). I've been meaning to replace it for a while.
Wow! I just found parts of a Halloween skin I was planning for. Cool.
I get excited over the silliest of things.

Reminds me of my sister and my one sister-in-law... They have cell phones yet every time we call we end up having to leave a voice mail and then they call right back... Well at least Travis' sister does. I just don't get it. Only time I don't answer mine is if I don't have it on me for some strange reason.
