History: Noir Fierté was not in class today. SuperLiberal and Irania behaved today. The professor started class by talking about the test we're having next week. He also ripped into the class about the disaster that happened yesterday. He re-read the syllabus explaining that rule #5 was broken yesterday. He explained some of us in the class felt uncomfortable with it happening. I know Irania must have spoken to him about it and I know he saw it on my face. He threaten to quit making notes on the board if some member of the class kept trying to get all the notes done on the board. He didn't get into discussing Tom Watson today and some students wanted to know what he was there on the board for. ![]()
Ethics: Quiz today on the stuff we've gone over in class. I'm not the only that's feeling lost in that class. She gave us 7 questions and we had to answer 4. I did the ones I knew the best but I don't feel comfortable about it. However, from everyone in class that I've spoken to has heard that if you show up, you can get an A in effort.
I'd like an A, that's for sure, but I don't feel like I'm getting it.
Swimming: Speaking of getting it, I can't get the front breathing down, either. I'm trying. The instructor saw my backcrawl stroke and told me to correct it. She says I' don't have it down pat, yet. I'll never have it down pat. I'm like the slowest in the class, but at the same time, that's okay with me. I'm getting exercise I need. And it's not like I'm going to be a competitive swimmer. I've always been bad at athletics.
After class, I went to Books-A-Million for a copy of Uncle Tom's Cabin. I had to go to Barnes & Nobes for Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass, An American Slave: Written by Himself because I couldn't find a copy at Books-A-Million. Came to about $14.00 for the both of them. I need them for Ethics.
Ok, as for tomorrow, I might have to go to Atlanta. Nicki wants to go to some Japanese bookstores in the area. Don't really want to go but Nicki needs someone that might know the area. How did I get stuck in being the walking, talking map? ![]()

We have Japanese bookstores here? I'm not doing anything. You should come see us. Tim works at 4, so you could meet him.
