Boy Am I Starving
June 9, 2004

Swimming has always done that to me ever since I can remember. After swimming, I can't get enough food in me to satisfy my appetite. After getting home, I've had 3 cupcakes, a sausage biscuit, and 2 hash browns and I am still hungry! As for swimming class, well, I'm doing a bit better. I can't breathe properly but my instructor did remark my backstroke is better than my front crawl. Of course it's better 'cause I can breathe! *Laughing* I need to give swimming my all but realize that when it comes to physical activity, I don't have the skills. I never had them as a child. I'm not going to have them now. I should just enjoy the water.

I feel lost in Ethics. I read the material but I feel as if I don't walk away with anything. *Sigh* We have our first quiz Friday. I'll gauge myself then, I guess. After class, as I was walking to swimming, my classmate that's in both those classes mentioned told me I shouldn't feel bad because I at least speak up.

I also share History and Ethics with another classmate. Between History and Ethics, we were discussing about how irritated we were with what went down in History beforehand. Those two characters I mentioned yesterday, the strong minded, vocal, self professed liberal in her 30's, and the Americanized Iranian girl nearly went at it again today! *Angry* SuperLiberal, as I will call her, started hijacking class to talk about subjects she wanted to talk about. I forget what she wanted to talk about. However, she must have annoyed Irania, as she will be referred to during this class, because Irania cuts into SuperLiberal's speech and remarks there's 5 minutes left in class and we need to finish up with what the professor spoke about on the board. *Banging My Head Against The Wall* Actually, I agreed with Irania but I can't be as curt as she is. Well, the classmate in History and Ethics said if something like that happens again tomorrow, we're going to speak up. I feel like taking my 1100 notes into class and telling SuperLiberal if she would just shut up, we'll get to what she wants to learn about. The professor may not get to it today but he will. I have the notes to prove it. I spend most of the class skimming my book and highlighting items I recall the professor brought up in 1100.

That's the gist of Today In School. *Laughing* Looks as if it's going to storm soon. Good thing I got my shower in, first.

Oh, "When You're Gone" by Richard Marx got four more adds this week. Unfortunately, it wasn't added in Z102's rotation but it got added to a Charleston, SC station. *Oh Yeah!* I think I'm going to have to play with my radio to try to get a signal from it. *Oh Yeah!* And rumor has it that Richard might be working with Martina McBride on a song. Not quite sure if it's true but a Richard fan on the message board heard it being brought up on a radio station. That would be cool if they did work together.

I can't stand people like that (the liberal chick). They think everyone should just shut up and listen to what they have to say like they are so damn important and better then everyone else. Someone seriously needs to put her in her place!

Ok, I have to go find my History 1100 notes now just to flash them.

And Misbah, I'm not refering to her in that long form anymore. Does not Irania sound nice? It sounds closer to a name.
