I've got the Milwaukee Brewers/Atlanta Braves game on behind me. Marcus Giles and Andruw Jones collided in the outfield trying to catch a ball at the same time. If it isn't bad enough the Braves are in 4th in the NL East and half the team is beaten up, Giles is now out 6-8 weeks at least with the injuries he sustained in the collision. He was probably the Braves best chance for starting the All-Star team this year. He missed it last year because the Chicago Cubs' Mark Prior didn't know how to run the bases. It's as if at times, if Marcus didn't have bad luck, he wouldn't have any luck at all, or at least when it comes to playing on the field.

I hope he gets well soon, because he is one of the reasons I like watching baseball. He plays it like it should be played, it's just big game he's having fun at.
No no no... When you let in too much reality it's no fun anymore! And when you said "He plays it like it should be played, it's just big game he's having fun at." That is exactly why I love watching Brett Favre play football. He LOVES to play and it shows.
