Usually, I do in this house. However, Nicki knows a bit and Matthew knows a lot. If I can't do it, Matthew is usually forced to do it.
in the-- computer? Just a curiosity for the designer types: what Operating System are you running? ...and which browser? Since sites can show up differently in different browsers it's more than a casual question. Windows 98 at 800 × 600 resolution. I just can't tear myself from switching from that screen size, yet, and I can't afford to upgrade to XP, yet. However, this does exactly what I want.
By the way, if you screen is larger than 800 × 600, I tweaked the Sunflower skin to fit for 1024 × 768 screens, too. I added larger screen version of the skin after seeing the "original" on my brother's computer and realized a lot of space was being wasted.
As for browsers, I use Mozilla. However, when I design my site, I check it in Opera and IE, too.
Family-- Do any family members read your place? Do they care? Do they have a clue? ...and how about your 'off line' friends? ...or do you supply a little bit of separation there? Maybe Nicki, but other than that, they know I have it but don't really read it. They do it, I guess, to give me my person space. As for offline, I don't have many to begin with and I doubt I'll give it to them. I'd probably be embarrassed if they read it.

Don takes care of that stuff....I don't feel too much like learning the ins and outs of the hardware. However, in HTML and CSS, I'm the queen.

Since sites can show up differently in different browsers it's more than a casual question. Mac OS X (Panther). I use Mozilla Firebird, but I design using Firebird, IE, Safari, and Camino.

My fam knows about the site, but only a few read it (a cousin or two and Don). As far as friends, they know about it and I know some read it...not really sure who is reading it. I know my ex-roomie and her friend (both Don's friends) read it on a regular basis, which is kinda funny.
The only family member other than my sister that reads this regularly is my cousin's wife. 
If someone I knew read my blog, I'd be more surprised than embarrassed. Sort of like today when I discovered in my referrer logs that someone from my school visited my blog--it was somewhat a cause for celebration since it was the first time that happened. I doubt he would visit again though.
