Since I heard about it on On the Record w/ Greta Van Susteren Friday night, I've been paying attention, when I can, about the Tamara Dunstan case. On the way home today, we heard on the they found her body in South Carolina just over the Savannah River. 
When they announced the name of the guy they took into custody, I didn't think anything of it.
Just a few minutes ago, I was reading about the case at the AJC.com. When I read the name and the age of the guy in custody, I got a sick feeling in my stomach. I happened to go to St Mary's with a guy by that name, too. He wasn't in my 3rd grade class but I think he was in my 1st and 2nd grade classes. I went to the Augusta Chronicle article about the latest in the case. They have a huge picture of the alleged murder. I think it's the same guy, too. 
I wonder what else I'll find out about my St Mary's classmates. 
And Barry, Barry, Barry, what's up with your pitching today?

Man that's kinda scary when you think about it. You went to school with a future "alleged" murderer... Wonder what some of my classmates are up to these days now LOL
Posted by: Dragon at April 20, 2004 12:29 AMi think I'm still in shock over it. But you know what, he's going to have to pay the price now. He should have known better than to do what he did but he committed a crime. Now he has to pay. At least I wasn't close to him. Goodness, what an idiot!
