If you don't know by now, I find Barry Zito attractive. So last night as I was flipping the channels and stopped on WGN to hear they would be airing the Oakland A's/Chicago Cubs Spring Training game for today, of course I checked the A's site to see who was pitching for the A's. I was thrilled to see Zito's name as the starter. I still have the game on but it's lost my interest now that Zito is out of the game. Oh, the little thrills we all get out of life.

Now that I got that off my chest, I want to thank my good dear friend Chewie for a card I received from her yesterday. I wasn't expecting it. When I opened it, I wanted to cry happy tears. Thanks for encouraging me. You know the same goes for you. I hope you got my e-card.

I spoke to my mother and now she's deciding maybe she doesn't want to go to Texas and New Mexico at the time she was planning. So, summer college is back on. I told her I want to go on a trip this summer. If she doesn't do the Texas/New Mexico thing, maybe we can all take a trip the time between the end of summer and the start of fall. We're such a wish-washy family.

Oh, I created a new skin this afternoon. It's called Yellow Daisy. I didn't make it the default skin since it's more of a summer skin and not a spring skin. I wish I could say I took the photo but I didn't. The image from Websets By Ladyoz.

I guess I need to get off this computer and get to work on my Thomas Lux project that I put off all weekend. I need to finish analyzing the poem and start up a biography for him. As long as I pass English, I'll be cool.
