Friday Five:

1. What's the most daring thing you've ever done? The crazy Hawaiian get up I wore for AASU Day in 1998 or going to New York & Connecticut to see Richard Marx in 1999. *Laughing*

2. What one thing would you like to try that your mother/friend/significant other would never approve of? Seeing California? My mother isn't fond of California. Why, I don't know.

3. On a scale of 1-10, what's your risk factor? (1=never take risks, 10=it's a lifestyle) 3. Risks are needed but it's not in me.

4. What's the best thing that's ever happened to you as a result of being bold/risky? That hasn't happened, yet. *Wink*

5. ... and what's the worst? Getting in trouble with my parents. *Laughing* When I was 13, I walked about 4 miles from school with my friend, Bobbie Jo Murillo. It scared my mother, because she was expecting me to be on the bus. When I wasn't home on time, she was calling Bobbie's mother. When we got to Bobbie's place, her mother ripped into her about my mother panicking and when I got home, my mother let me have it. *EEK!* Taught me to avoid risks!

California is a big and diverse state. Perhaps your mom is thinking of a specific location in California as being bad. Personally, I like California--or at least the places I have been to--and even if I don't want to live there I wouldn't be adverse to an extended visit.

Misbah, I know.

Sya, I'm not sure what it is about California she doesn't like. I'm thinking it's the earthquakes. It's not like I want to move there. I rather move to Atlanta.

Hmm most daring thing I've ever done... Stay tuned.. There will be pictures posted for that answer... Best result of something I did being bold/risky... Travis' b-day party this weekend. The BEST pay off I could ever get is someone's smile or laughter and there was MUCH of that... And tears and hugs and kisses and threats... *giggle*

I agree with your Mom and Misbah.. California sucks. At least the parts I've been to!
