1. Rabbit!!!! Or lamb. I don't actually know anyone who serves lamb at Christmas but roast racks of lamb are enjoyed by many. You just won't see ME eating that or rabbit!!
somewhat on-topic: I've already planned this year's Christmas Eve dinner....just gonna be me and my bro but that's cool. This year it's stuffed mushrooms, Sparky's 4-Alarm Shrimp(my own recipe!!) for appetizers.... crab legs with lemon butter, corn on the cob, roasted new potatoes (y'know, those little red ones?), salad and biscuits for dinner. Still wondering what to do about dessert.
2. Irrelevant. LOL. Like I said, just me and my bro on Christmas this year. Nothing stands between me and whatever I want.
