Monday Mission:

1. US presidential candidate Wes Clark said recently that the American people are "really embarrassed" by the Bush administration, though no source was quoted and no figures were provide. Do you believe this is true? As a US citizen, are you embarrassed by President Bush? (non-US citizens are welcome to chime in with their feelings about Bush as well) Promo, Promo, Promo, did we forget Natalie Maines? *Wink* Surf around the blog world and there are those that love him and there are those that wish he wasn't associated with the United States at all. As for Bush the person, I'm not embarrassed about him. He seems like a real person. As for leader, I wish instead of spending all the money on Iraq, he's spend some more on his own people. Plenty of us are in bad situations as it is. We need jobs and income here, too.

2. Do you have good friends in countries other than your own? Which is the furthest away? How did you meet them? What makes them such a great friend? I have a few foreign friends online but I don't have any I know "in real life." As for the ones online, I met them online. They're cool. *Oh Yeah!*

3. Two cars on the road right now bug me more than any others. The PT Cruiser and the Hummer. I am just so tired of seeing a PT Cruiser everywhere I look! I thought these were supposed to be special, but they are just everywhere. Even the new VW Beetles weren't this bad. Sure there were a lot of them, but that was nothing compared to the PT's omnipresence. It just bugs, that's all. And the Hummer. I didn't mind so much when they were rare. When Ahhhnold drove his, it was special. Then you'd see one or two here and there. Maybe it is the attitude of the young men driving these monster tanks. They way they love to intimidate other drivers, the smug attitude they have looking down on you (literally). Of course, I am generalizing so if you drive either of these, you know I don't mean you. Are there any models of automobile on the road that irritate you when you see them? You do know that Tamm has a PT Cruiser? I don't like the Hummer, either. What's the point in having that vehicle other than compensating for other things a person lacks? *Wink*

4. When you were in school, did you ride the bus? Do you have any school bus horror stories? What really went on in the back seats anyway? I rode the bus in parts of 7th grade. I hate it so much that year, I quit riding. In 8th grade, the route changed so I stuck with riding the bus to Albritton until we moved from Ft. Bragg.

In 8th grade, our bus driver was so mad at us one day, she sped over a train track right when the lights flashed to stop. Had she been going slower, the slow moving train could have hit the part of the bus I was on. Except for me, the rest of kids on the bus went to the principal's office and complained. I didn't want to be late for class and get the dreaded "Lunch Bunch." By that afternoon, we had a new bus driver that kept us after school for an hour explaining the rules of his bus and that he was going to assign us new seats. Not only did he lecture us, the assistant principal lectured us. I wasn't home until 4:30 that Friday. My mother was worried.

Oh, and nothing happened on the back of the bus in 8th & 9th grades. We had assigned seating and the driver in 9th grade assigned me in the same seat as my sister! Goodness, that was annoying at times.

Speaking of , I wonder if lunch is still as crappy as it was in my days.

5. Last week, I asked what sort of things a man should never say to a woman. Now it is time to turn the tables. There are a few things a woman can say to a man that can totally emasculate him. Such as: "Hold my purse." What sort of things should a woman never say to a man? Goodness, I don't know.

6. Do you have a favorite cartoon Super Hero? Who and why? Swift Heart Rabbit! Because it's a rabbit. *Wink*

7. Just what does it take to make you happy? Plenty of food and money to do the things I want and pay for the things I need.

BONUS: How can you wait anymore when you're wondering what you're waitin' for? REO Speedwagon! REO Speedwagon! I don't really know any REO Speedwagon.
