I don't get heartburn often but I figured out when I do get it. I get in the mornings after awaking at a time my body rather be sleeping and I can't get back to bed so easily. Hince the reason I'm posting this. Hopefully, the bread I munched on will do the trick and curb it. I want to go back to bed.
