And now the Monday Mission:
1. Have you ever bought something you were so excited about and found out later that it didn't work? Were you able to return true">it? How did it go? Many times. I just never returned them. Oops!
2. I have a Palm (Pilot) for my date book and such, but have been thinking of jumping to the PocketPC world at some point. Do you have a PDA (personal digital assistant)? What kind, and how did you decide? What do you like about it? If you don't own one, do you want one or do you do better without such gadgets? I want a digital camera. I don't need the PDA. Give me the digital camera, please. ![]()
3. What illness do you wind up catching more than any other? I think the flu. Except for the gallbladder stuff I had, I usually don't get sick. But, I'm due for another flu soon. I had it in 1999 and 2001.
4. Do you like going to see the Doctor (any type)? Not really. It's not fun.
5. How about the Dentist? Do you like going? Do you go in every 6 months for a check-up? It depends on the type of visit. I don't have the coverage for the dentist or else I would go. I do need to contact the school about getting a free cleaning. ![]()
6. Are you a "Dog Person" or a "Cat Person?" Do you think a person's choice tells you something about their personality? I'm a cat person. I grew up around cats. We had a dog, too, but I don't like them jumping on me. Cats, on the other hand, don't really jump on you. Maybe being a cat or dog person does tell you something about personality.
Actually, I just prefer to call people animal people, be they like cats or dogs. My parents told me I should watch how a man treats animals. If he treats them like crap, there's a good chance he could do the same to you. However, a man that's kind to an animal, odds are good he'll treat you well, too. Then again, there are those people that treat animals better than fellow humans.
7. I've mentioned before how me and a buddy of mine have just let our friendship lapse. There was no disagreement, but we've hit that point where we have nothing in common anymore. My life has progressed and he is still living in 1992. Have you ever had a friendship that just seems to have run its course? Where there is just nothing there anymore? What finally happened? It's called beeing a military brat. They run their course when you move. I have gotten in contact with childhood friends of the past but it's like I can't find a middle ground to connect with.
Goodness, I have trouble finding a middle ground with people I don't know so I can make friend with them. ![]()
BONUS: Do you want to see me beggin' baby? Can't you give me just one more day? Sorry, I don't know this song. ![]()

1. Sure but right off the bat, I can't remember what I returned.
2. I don't own a pager, a cell phone, a digital camera, a PDA or any gadget-y thing like that. I do however now own an mp3 player which is about as gadget-y as I go. I'm still
and
3. Bronchitis. Thanksgiving Bronchitis.
4. Do I *look* like a hypochondriac?! I do like going to see my psychologist every week though. It's routine. I've come to depend on it.
5. Oh yeah, now that's fun! Sitting in a chair while someone probes their fingers in my mouth. A real party I tell you.
6. Rabbit person. But between these two choices, I'd say definitely a dog person. I still would like a dog.
7. Yep, Garet. It was a friendship above all else but there was also an undefined element to us. We had 3.5 glorious years. I guess that's all time gave us. After that, I guess what we had just ran its course. He got married. I talked to him briefly a few times afterwards but it didn't feel the same. I still think about him every now and then with nothing but warm memories.
Bonus:

hehe
