on anything that mentions "The Ugly Ducking!" That story has always depressed me. ![]()
Nicki and I went off this afternoon for her to shop. Media Play, Best Buy, and Oglethorpe Mall. At Best Buy, she bought Lilo And Stitch on DVD.
I wanted to watch this movie when it came out. I'm glad I didn't. Part of the movie had to do with Stitch learning about the story of "The Ugly Ducking." I started bawling. Thankfully, no one else was in the room watching the movie. It was breaking my heart. I sure I would have been bawling at the theater if I saw it there.
I don't know waht it is, but when I watch these movies that show someone just longing for a family or a place to fit in and call their own, I lose it. Maybe because I don't want to see anyone without having someone else care for them. Who or what am I kidding? I still tear up when I even think of "You Needed Me!"

Just stopping in to say hello. And I think everyone, even when they have a family or whatever deep down is searching for where they belong. I know stories like that get to me too. *hugs*
