I took a break today from blogging. I spent time with my mother, cleaned her car, and just bummed out.

I have accepted my sister moving out. It’s best for her and it’s best for us. I may lose it if my brother goes away to college next year.

My coping mechanism since my breakdown and doing that school music meme has been, well, old school music. Earlier it was New Kids On The Block. Now it’s late ‘80’s/early ‘90’s Paula Abdul. I’ve just been reflecting on when life was nice and simple. A time when taking the SAT at age 13 didn’t really matter in the long term. I’ve also been going to bed the past two night with the Oldies station in an attempt to reflect on those simple days.

I’ll get a jump on my Participation Positives tonight.

• So, I may be single, life is still out there to explore. My life is not a wash. At least I'm not with a scuzzball. I never want to be with a scuzzball.


• All my friends, new and old, I've met through the years through Internet ventures.

Ok, "Rush Rush" is on. Remember rooting for Keanu and Paula to just hook up?
