Well, Well, Well…
April 24, 2003

I've checked the national news sites and CodeAmber.org for the "Amber Alert" that was issued for Ashleigh Moore. Didn't see a thing. *Angry* *Crying* *Banging My Head Against The Wall* I don't recall the Emergency Alert System interupting baseball last night to tell me she was missing. The newspaper didn't do any good saying an alert was issue but not stating when the aleart happened.

I think head are going to roll after this. Heads need to roll after this.

And finally, I'll leave you with a fluffy piece. Thursday Threesome:

Onesome: View- What is your favorite scenic site, either around your place, where you've traveled, or just that one special picture (like that Ansel Adams "Half Dome" shot)? There's not a specific scenic view I can say I enjoy. I enjoy many scenic views. Monteagle Mountain on I-24. The view from my front porch. I-75 north of Atlanta. Just a few places with a nice view.

Twosome: From- How far is it from home to work? Are you a long distance commuter or do you just schlep on into the dining room/office? I still don't have a job but neither does H! *Laughing* When I did work, I lives about 5 miles from my employment and it took me 10 minutes to get there. I'm about 15 miles from school. It takes me 20-35 minutes in DeRenne/Abercorn traffic to get to school from my home.

Threesome: Afar- for the travelers out there, just how far have you gone? I mean, is the trip to Grandma's about it? ...or have you made it farther abroad? Does a weekend jaunt to Westbury, NY & Ledyard, CT from the State of Georgia for Richard Marx concerts count? However, a majority of my travel on that trip was on plane. The longest road trip I recall is Augusta, GA (my home at the time) to Sedalia, MO was long. That was to visit my uncle. Oh and Ft. Bragg, NC to Independence/Hammond, LA to visit my dying aunt was pretty long, too. Both trips were two days long one way.
