That's what I should be doing. But I'm not. ![]()
Well, according to many other Richard Marx fans, Richard has decided he's not a singer anymore. Such a shame. ![]()
So since I can't really get his music anymore, what else out there should I get into? Mind you, I'm not really into hard rock, rap, country, R&B. Well, that throws out a lot of music.
Honestly, I love music and all that matters is that it has a good beat. But lately, I've been listening to John Mayer, Michelle Branch, and BBMak's sophomore work.
So any suggestions are welcomed. ![]()
Finally, my Participation Positives now:

Have you tried listening to the new Matchbox 20 stuff and I heard that Hootie & The Blowfish just put out a new album... um, also... there's always Bon Jovi, or patiently waiting to see what JC's solo project will bring...
But I love your choices of Michelle Branch, John Mayer, and BBMak... oh, what about Vanessa Carlton?
There's always Celine...
Sister Hazel's album that has the RM song on it has some good beats on it too.
I have MB20 so that's why I didn't ask about them.
Hootie - well, I'll have to check out.
JC Chasez - I'll have to see, too.
Vanessa Carlton -
no! The girl can't sing! She whines her songs.
Hmmm, I didn't realize that about Vanessa... thanks for that info... totally forgot you had teh new MB20. just sign my body as

You could always get some Def Leppard.
And Bon Jovi are always good, you could be collecting their stuff for five years and not have everything they've relased up until now. Jewel is good as well. You could read the page I made with the "Mandatory Cds", but I forget the link.
Oh by the way, now that I have a "real" job, we should hurry up and get you a job so you can come visit me one weekend. I'm dying to act like a tourist and go visit the zoo or Underground or Six Flags but it's no fun to go alone.

Then I guess you wouldn't like Jewel's early stuff. She kind of whines too, but it's not an annoying kind of whine. Jewel's good. You could also get some Def Leppard or Bon Jovi. :p
Oh, now that I have a "real" job, you have to get a job so that you can come visit me. I'm dying to be like a tourist and go to the zoo or Underground and actually see the stuff this city is known for. One weekend when it gets really warm I'm going to go to Savannah to the beach, so we'll have to get together, whenever that is.
