Someone To Believe In/Please Send Me Someone I Can Hold"
If you haven't noticed by now, I have been engorging myself in the music of Céline Dion. I know some people can't stand her but I love her music. One song I've heard on the radio but have yet to get is "Send Me A Lover". We have the Taylor Dane album somewhere in this house with her version of the song, but I like Céline's version better. So, I placed it on my wish list, along with all the other CDs I hope to get one day.
My mother and I have decided that she'll probably get me a gift card at Media Play so I can buy the CDs I want for Christmas. 
Well, I did a lot of driving today. Why I'm still fearful of it, I don't know. I shocked myself when I drove from Decatur to Talladega Sunday. Today, I drove all over town. I had to get some new jeans, pay my car tags, pay for Spring semester, take Nicki to work, and visit the bank and the credit union. I didn't do all those tasks in that order, but you should get the drift.
For the new jeans, I first when to HellMart but I didn't like the selection of jeans they had. So, I drove all the way out to the US 17 Wal-Mart. They had a pair that would do. Then, I drove all the way home via the Southwest Bypass. So, for me, a big deal. I made it home alive. 
Ok, it's dinner time. I'm out.

ha! i knew it. my card didn't even make it to the post office! it was delivered to a house on Park Boulevard which intersects Park Avenue! anyway, someone kindly noticed the error and returned it to me. it'll go out tomorrow. 
You should come visit me one weekend! After the holidays I should be able to ask for an entire weekend off and we could hang out.
It does suck being single, but what sucks the most is that I can't have the one I love. 
I always buy men's jeans. They fit so much better since you can choose your inseam and waist.. Unlike women's jeans that are one size better fit you. Stupid clothes makers!!

Laura - I'll need to get a job first and settled in it. But yes, I'd love to visit you one weekend. I was going to for that Juliana Hatfield concer.
And Trish - only 2 brands of jeans I will wear. Lee's but since they cost a lot, I will wear Riders. Riders ARE Lees but are sold at Wal-Mart. So, they will do.

speaking of mail routes, grrr...we didn't receive any mail today. no one in our neighborhood has yet and it's already 4:30!! this really ticks me off! i just know the first wave of holiday cards we receive comes around now. more than that though are bills that never get to us because of a lame carrier!!!
