My mother talked to an ex-co-worker of mine last night. Let's me just say I'm pretty sure my reason as to why I got fired is why I got fired. Am I depressed about this all? No! The only ones that will pay for it all in the end are the poor clients that have gone in since I've left. A friend told me, "Seems like you being fired was a godsend after all." I'm thinking, yes it was. But hey, if that office wants to be in chaos, it's their right. ![]()
Today is Election Day. I'm getting ready to go vote. I just hope the ballot with Chipper Jones isn't up for consideration!
Georgia has an ad campaign about the new voting machines. One of the sample questions on the ad is about favorite athlete. Two of the choices are Chipper Jones and Jackie Robinson.
1.) When was the last time you really had fun? What were you doing? Are you someone who can have fun alone? I've had fun twice this year.
First was when I went to Wild Adventures and the other time was AASU Day.
2.) Are you going to vote today, and do you know the major differences between the candidates? Does the balance in the senate and the house figure into your choice? Yes, I'm going to vote. I don't know the differences between the candidates because all they did was sling mud around on TV and the radio. I really don't want to take sides for a political party but I learn more towards being a Republican. Last night, within 3 minutes of each other, we were called by the Republicans' and the Democrats' computer recordings. I don't know who was stumping for the Democrats but my mother said it was Bush's voice on the Republican call.
3.) Is there something extraordinary going on that you've failed to notice? Not really, that I know of! ![]()

I was just thinking that it seems like a good thing you got out of there when you did. Seems like that office is really going down hill and I know I, for one, wouldn't want to be a part of that name.. Know what I say...
hehehehehe Ok question thingy time...
1. Last time I really had fun... Hmm Really had fun... Ok I got it.. When I went out drinking with my 2 sisters back in March and egged my fathers house. Aside from the barfing and room spinning, it was hysterical!!
2. Nope, didn't go vote today. Not even registered. I know we are supposed to do our civic duty and voice our right to vote, but I just don't believe it makes one damn bit of difference since all politicians are nothing but liars who are going to tell you what you want to hear just to get into office and then never do it. Then they "retire" and continue to get an outragious amount of pay for doing the same thing they did in office. Lie and sit on their asses meanwhile the men and women of our military are on government assistance, foodstamps, WIC etc because the pay is so low they can't afford to live half the time.. Nah... I'm not bitter at all...
3. Umm if we failed to notice how would be know it's going on? Right? LMAO Silly questions... Who thinks these things up anyway?
