I think you're right about someone "being angry because it's cool." What is all that shit about "you're just like them because of the music you listen to..." What the fuck? You can't be angry or depressed because you don't listen to moody alterna-rock or stuff that makes you bleed out the ears.
Interesting that, becase of the internet, we now have the "liberty" to be an asshole without having to feel the full consequences of our actions.
Ugh.
